You will have a blast! In college I took a basic shooting course (this was after I exhausted softball, frisbee, ice skating, broomball, belly dancing and white water rafting to name a few...) and have since wanted to purchase my own but haven't gotten around to it. Enjoy!!!
I'm assuming that the lack of a reassuring post today means that you did, indeed, shoot your eye out.
I survived! I shot a rifle and I was awesome. But today I'm shooting a handgun. Ahhhh!
